Broken or Damaged Item
We take care in packaging your products, it is possible that a break or leakage may occur. If the condition your product arrives in is not up to standard, please send us a couple of pictures of the packaging and the item(s) with a description of the damage to hello@pleasesex.com. We will do our best to find a solution once we have assessed the damage.Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt date, the item(s) must be unopened and unused. Due to the highly intimate nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns once a product seal has been broken, even if the product has not been used. Our priority is to keep our customers and team safe, we trust you understand that these measures are in place for everybody’s best interest.We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened
Products which do not include sealed packaging or products specified as non-returnable may not be returned, unless they are defective.
Malfunctioning item(s) may only be returned under manufacturer’s warranty policies.
If an error made by our team caused the return, then we will refund the shipping charges. Please must pre-authorization all returns; any non-authorized returns will be refused.
If you notice the package delivered has missing content, is damaged or opened, please take photos of the damaged packaging and send it to us at hello@pleasesex.com.
To authorize a return please email us at hello@pleasesex.com, to return unopened pleasure objects within 14 days of receipt.
Please include the following information in your email:
● Order number
● Item(s) you want to return
● Reason for return
● State if the item is opened or unopened
If your return is unauthorized or your return is submitted after 14 days of receipt, it will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Your return will be inspected and the condition of the item(s) will be compared to the description you provided in your email. Once this is confirmed, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method or we can provide you with an on-line credit.
The cost of shipping fees on your original order will not be refunded, unless the reason for the refund was due to faulty or damaged items or if Please shipped you the wrong item.
The fees relating to the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Damaged items which we receive will not be eligible for refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if Please shipped the incorrect item.
Your pleasure is important to us and we want you to receive what you were looking for, therefore if the item you received is not what you were after we will process a return and issue with an online credit for our site (shipping charges, as well as any taxes and duties, are not refundable).
Refund
After we have received your returned package and inspected the item, we will process the return as quickly as possible. A notification will be sent to you via e-mail to let you know your refund has been processed.Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can differ greatly between various banks.
Defective Products
Defective products may be covered by each brand’s own manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage policies differ per brand, we therefore recommend contacting the specific brand to review their terms and warranty qualifications.
