Once you have added your product to cart on checkout you will go through a few steps until you reach the payment process. On the payment page you will see a section on the right hand column to enter a discount code. Insert your discount code here and your discount will be applied.

First, be sure to sign into your account! You can easily check the status of your current and past orders by clicking on the “Track Your Order” tab on the bottom of every page. You can then simply enter your order number and your status of your order will be shown.

It may take up to 48 hours to process your order as we have to verify your order. Delivery is usually anywhere from 1-10 working days, however suppliers are sometimes out of stock and the delivery may then take a bit longer.

Shipping is free on all orders in South Africa over R750, alternatively shipping is at a flat rate of R75 for customers based in the Western Cape & R100 to the rest of the country.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of order being received. Over 14 days and we unfortunately cannot accept returns. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. You can return any order, as long as the product(s) are sealed in their original packaging without any damage to the box. We will collect the product from you for a return, exchanges will be at a cost of R100.

We offer payment via Credit Card or Instant EFT. Simply select your preferred payment method on checkout or once within the Payment Gateway platform.
