Valentine’s, Your Way

There’s More Than One Way to Do Valentine’s

Who decided Valentine’s Day was only for couples? Love, connection, and pleasure come in all forms. And this year, it’s time to celebrate them all, on your terms.

Connection Looks Different for Everyone

Maybe it’s a lover. Maybe it’s friends gathered around a table, wine poured, phones forgotten, laughter spilling across the room. Maybe it’s just you, in your own space, taking your time.

All of it counts.

Loving Self-Love, without the Cliche

Self-love doesn’t have to mean mirror affirmations or bubble baths if that’s not what you’re into. It can be practical, sensory, and a little indulgent.

How about some massage oil on your shoulders or feet at the end of the day? Yes, please. (We recommend Pleasure Points, naturally.)

Or maybe some time with your body, moving, stretching, dancing in the mirror, exploring touch that feels good? Absolutely.

You could also go for a little solo exploration with our water-based lube for? A quiet, generous gift to yourself. Only a Pleasure.

Pleasure doesn’t always need an audience. Valentine’s can be about reconnecting with yourself, without the pressure to “perform” or “feel” any certain way.

Celebrating Pleasure, without the pressure

Whether you’re in a relationship or you’re solo, Valentines Day doesn’t require any sort of performance out of you. It doesn’t need to be cinematic or over-the-top to be meaningful.

Sometimes, intimacy is as simple as lighting a candle, touching slowly, getting curious and stepping out of your routine.

Don’t get me wrong, going all out is definitely some of our love languages, whether it’s gift giving or getting, showing up for one another through some thoughtful gifts is always appreciated.

You could go for something subtle like our Soy Wax Massage Candle or maybe go all out and gift something like one of Chakrubs other worldly crystal wands.

Maybe you’ve always wanted to try those suction toys people always rave about, or maybe you’re looking at buying your first vibrator?

Or perhaps you just want to walk into your candlelit room that smells incredible (Our  Please x Okra scented candle can assist with that) put on some music and spend some time with yourself. (Our Only a Pleasure water based Lube can assist with this)

There is no right way to feel Valentine’s Day, it really is a choice and the intentions you place on it.

Valentine’s, but it's not necessarily about sex

Love doesn’t have to be romantic to be meaningful. Friendships are some of the most intimate relationships we have. So this Valentine’s Day could be you and your bestie laughing until  your stomach hurts, going for a drink or going through our Please Connection Cards, making your conversations just a little more interesting.

So make Valentine’s Day yours, whatever that may look like

Soft or wild. Solo or shared. Playful, sensual, restful, curious.

Love is so much bigger than couples. Pleasure is your choice. And connection? Well, that’s limitless.
